[ PROCLAMATION NO. 314, April 30, 1952 ]

FURTHER AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 25, DATED JUNE 21, 1926, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 288, DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1951.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby further amend Proclamation No. 25, dated June 21, 1926, as amended by Proclamation No. 288, dated November 6, 1951, so as to place the parcels of land thereby reserved for park, golf course and playground purposes under the administration and control of the Philippine Amateur Athletic Federation: Provided, That without the prior approval of the President of the Philippines no building of any kind, whether temporary or permanent, shall be constructed on said lands and that the same or any part thereof shall not be used for any purpose other than those for which the reservation has been established.

In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 30th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-two, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the sixth.
