LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF REGNER CONSTRUCTION

All concerned are hereby advised that due to the lapse of one (1) year period of suspension of REGNER CONSTRUCTION, the suspension/blacklisting of said contractor per Department Order No. 148 dated July 23, 1990 is hereby lifted effective immediately. As a consequence, said contractor is hereby allowed to participate in public biddings and to enter into contract with the Department and its line agencies. Adopted: 2 Sept. 1991
