AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 90-129, RE DECENTRALIZATION OF IMPORTED MOTOR VEHICLES OWNED BY THE GOVERNMENT

In order to further the ends and objectives of Memorandum Circular No. MC 90-129, Section 1 thereof is hereby amended to read as follows:

"1. Situs/Venue: Initial registration of imported motor vehicles falling under "Government" denomination may be effected in district offices identified and designated by the Regional Director subject to the limitation that there shall only be one designated registering district office for every province. In the National Capital Region, however, this special type of registration transactions shall be effected only in Diliman District Office." All other requirements and provisions for reportorial and control mechanism as embodied in the subject Memorandum Circular shall remain in force and effect.
