SECURITY MEASURES TO PROTECT CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE

Pursuant to DOTC Memorandum dated 28 November 2003 directing all DOTC agencies to enhance security measures to protect critical infrastructures in their respective jurisdiction in anticipation of terrorist activities of the Jemaah Islamiya (JI) after the Ramadan and the following Christmas Holiday Season, you are hereby directed to enhance your security measures in your respective jurisdiction to anticipate any eventuality of terroristic activities during the said periods.
