AN ACT APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF FIVE THOUSAND PESOS FOR THE SALARIES OF THE JUSTICES OF THE PEACE IN THE DEPARTMENT OF MINDANAO AND SULU CREATED BY ACT NUMBERED TWENTY-FOUR HUNDRED AND NINE OF THE PHILIPPINE COMMISSION.

By authority of the United States, be it enacted by the Philippine Commission, that:

SECTION 1. The sum of five thousand pesos, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any funds in the Insular Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, for the salaries of the justices of the peace in the Department of Mindanao and Sulu created by Act Numbered Twenty-four hundred and nine of the Philippine Commission.

SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect on its passage.
