1995 FLOOR PRICE OF AIR-CURED BURLEY LEAF TOBACCO

After a series of consultative conferences with Burley tobacco farmers and members of the Philippine Aromatic Tobacco and Development Association, Inc. (PATDA-Burley Tobacco Group), the following floor prices by grade of AIR-CURED BURLEY tobacco have been agreed upon today and promulgated as follows:

This Memorandum Circular is being issued pursuant to the regulatory powers of the National Tobacco Administration under Executive Order No. 245 and after a series of Provincial and National Tobacco Tripartite Conferences with all sectors of the tobacco industry.

All concerned are therefore enjoined strictly the aforesaid floor-farm gate prices of AIR-CURED BURLEY tobacco which shall take effect during the 1995 trading season.

Be guided accordingly.
