REVISING ANNEX A OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 471, DATED AUGUST 24, 1951, BY PLACING TETANUS ANTI-TOXIN IN 10,000 AND 20,000-UNIT VIALS UNDER THE COMPLETELY DECONTROLLED CATEGORY
By virtue of the powers vested in me by section 3 of Republic Act No. 650, entitled “An Act to regulate imports and for other purposes,” I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby revise Annex A of Executive Order No. 471 dated August 24, 1951, by placing tetanus anti-toxin in 10,000 and 20,000-unit vials under the completely decontrolled category.
Done in the City of Manila, this 4th day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty-three, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the seventh.
