AMENDMENT TO MEMO. CIRCULAR NO. 98-005 (SCHOOL TRANSPORT SERVICES)

Memorandum Circular No. 98-005 is hereby amended to include the following provision as the penultimate paragraph thereof:

“All provisions under Administrative Order No. 86-AO-005 dated 16 September 1986, issued by the Land Transportation Commission, not covered by this Memorandum Circular, are hereby adopted to form an integral part hereof.”

This amendatory Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
