DECLARING THURSDAY, JULY 1, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MONCADA, TARLAC

WHEREAS , Thursday, July 1, 2004, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac be given full opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Thursday, July 1, 2004, as special (non0-working) day in the Municipality of Moncada, Tarlac
