RESERVED BUS SEATS STICKER FOR DISABLED PERSONS

It has been observed that numerous city and provincial buses are being operated along the public highways without the reserved seats stickers which is in violation of the Accessibility Law as implemented by MC 93-169

In view hereof, you are hereby directed to implement the provisions of this law and to indicate in the Motor Vehicle Inspection Report (MVIR) that reserved seats stickers are properly installed prior to renewal registration.
