DECLARING MONDAY, 7 NOVEMBER 2016, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF CUENCA, BATANGAS

WHEREAS, Monday, 7 November 2016, marks the 140 th Foundation Anniversary of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Monday, 7 November 2016, as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Cuenca, Batangas.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
