[ PROCLAMATION NO. 674, July 16, 2004 ]

DECLARING SATURDAY, DECEMBER 18, 2004, AS PUBLIC WORKING HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN

WHEREAS , Saturday, December 18, 2004, marks the birth anniversary of Trinidad Tecson, the Mother of Philippine Red Cross;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Bulacan be given full opportunity to celebrate the heroism of Trinidad Tecson with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Saturday, December 18, 2004, as public working holiday in the Province of Bulacan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done in the City of Manila, this 16th day of July, in the year of our Lord, Two Thousand and Four.
