DECLARING FRIDAY, 09 SEPTEMBER 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BAIS, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 09 September 2022, Friday, the City of Bais, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its 54 th Charter Anniversary;

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Bais be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, VICTOR D. RODRIGUEZ, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Friday, 09 September 2022, a special (non-working) day in the City of Bais.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
