AN ACT CHANGING THE NAME OF BALETE PASS TO DALTON PASS
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Congress Assembled:
SECTION 1. In memory of Brigadier General James L. Dalton who was killed in the battle for the capture of Balete Pass, Nueva Vizcaya, the name "Balete Pass" is changed to "Dalton Pass."
SEC. 2. This Act shall take effect upon its approval.
Approved, September 12, 1945.
