AMENDMENT TO ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 2003-15 DATED 03 JUNE 2003 ON THE SIGNING AND APPROVING AUTHORITY OF LAND PATENTS AT THE REGIONAL/PROVINCIAL LEVELS

In order to provide check and balance in the issuance of Sales application, approval appraisal of the land shall be as follows:

1,000 sq. meters and below - Regional Executive Director

above 1,000 sq. meters - Secretary

This Order supersedes pertinent statement under the 3rd paragraph of DAO 2003-15 dated June 3, 2003 on appraisal.
