SUSPENSION OF THE DEPLOYMENT OF OVERSEAS FILIPINO WORKERS (OFWS) TO LIBERIA

In view of the on-going hostilities between government and rebel forces in Liberia and upon the recommendation of the Philippine Embassy in Nigeria and the Department of Foreign Affairs, the deployment of OFWs to Liberia is hereby temporary suspended until further notice. The suspension shall cover the deployment of all categories of workers including vacationing workers.
