LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF ROSAL INFRASTRUCTURE BUILDERS

Finding the request for reconsideration of the rescission of the contract of ROSAL INFRASTRUCTURE BUILDERS for the rehabilitation of Baguio-Agoo Road, Marcos Highway, Km. 275-370 to Km. 275-400 meritorious, Department Order No. 201, Series of 1993 suspending/blacklisting said firm is hereby lifted effective December 3, 1993.

Likewise, the Order in said Department Order directing all concerned not to release any sum of money to ROSAL INFRASTRUCTURE BUILDERS is hereby withdrawn.
