DECLARING SATURDAY, 03 FEBRUARY 2018, AS A SPECIAL WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BINAN, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on Saturday, 03 February 2018, the City of Binan, Laguna marks the celebration of its 73 rd Liberation Day; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Binan, Laguna, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies,

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE , do hereby declare Saturday, 03 February 2018, as a special (non-working) day in the City of Binan, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the sea! of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
