PRICE LIST OF TILAPIA FINGERLINGS AND BREEDER AND CARP FINGERLINGS FOR SALE BY THE BUREAU OF FISHERIES AND AQUATIC RESOURCES

In accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 121 of the Office of the President entitled “Directing All Departments, Bureaus, National Government Including Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations to Revise Their Fees and Charges at Just and Reasonable Rates Sufficient to Cover Administrative Costs”, and Department Order No. 66-90 of the Department of Finance dated 29 November 1990, the price of tilapia fingerlings, tilapia breeders and carp fingerlings are hereby revised pursuant to Section 65 (s) of RA 8550.

SECTION 1. Prescribed Price List . — The price list of improved strains of tilapia fingerlings and broodstock and carp fingerlings for sale by the Bureau of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources shall be as follows:

SECTION 2. Repeal . — FAO No. 186, existing lists and administrative orders or parts thereof inconsistent herewith are hereby amended accordingly.

SECTION 3. Effectivity. — This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation for two (2) consecutive weeks.
