DECLARING MONDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF BATAC, PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE

WHEREAS, on 20 October 2025 Monday, the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte, will mark the celebration of its 159 th birth anniversary of General Artemio Ricarte, a general during the Philippine Revolution and Philippine-American War who was born in Batac, Ilocos Norte on 20 October 1866;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Batac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 20 October 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Batac, Province of Ilocos Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
