DECLARING MONDAY, 25 APRIL 2022, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PINAMALAYAN, PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO

WHEREAS, on 25 April 2022, Monday, the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro, will mark the celebration of the Bahaghari Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Pinamalayan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to the public health measures of the national government;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERE, do hereby declare Monday, 25 April 2022, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Pinamalayan, Province of Oriental Mindoro.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
