ADDENDUM TO MEMORANDUM OF INSTRUCTION NO. 57 PRESCRIBING THE POLICY GUIDELINES ON REAL ESTATE PROPERTIES

In the interest of the service and in view of ascertaining the existence and ownership of the real estate mortgaged, henceforth a lot plan with vicinity map shall be submitted together, with the Certificate of Land Title, Tax Declaration, Current Realty Tax Payment receipts and Tax Payments Clearance.
