DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 25 APRIL 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF ISABELA, PROVINCE OF BASILAN

WHEREAS, Wednesday, 25 April 2018, marks the celebration of the 17 th Founding Anniversary of the City of isabela, Basilan; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Isabela, Basilan, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Wednesday, 25 April 2018. as a special (non-working) day in the City of Isabela, Basilan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of me Philippines to be affixed.
