DECLARING WEDNESDAY, 14 JULY 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF GUIHULNGAN, PROVINCE OF NEGROS ORIENTAL

WHEREAS, on 14 July 2021, Wednesday, the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental, will mark the celebration of its Charter Anniversary; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Guihulngan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare, Wednesday, 14 July 2021, a special (non-working) day in the City of Guihulngan, Province of Negros Oriental.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
