ADDENDUM TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 95-213 DATED FEBRUARY 14, 1995

This is to clarify Item No. II of Memorandum Circular No. 95-213 which states that "NON-PROFESSIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSES ARE LIMITED TO RESTRICTION CODES 1 AND 2". In this connection, Item II is corrected as "NON-PROFESSIONAL DRIVER'S LICENSES ARE LIMITED TO MOTORCYCLES AND MOTOR VEHICLES WITH GVW UP TO 4500 KGS".
