[ PROCLAMATION NO. 434, February 20, 2018 ]

DECLARING FRIDAY, 16 MARCH 2018, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LA TRINIDAD, PROVINCE OF BENGUET

WHEREAS, the Municipality of La Trinidad, Benguet, marks the celebration of its 37 th Strawberry Festival on the whole month of March 2018, and its Strawberry Festival Parade on 16 March 2018;

WHEREAS, to enable the people of the Municipality of La Trinidad, Benguet, to fully celebrate the occasion, the Office of the Municipal Mayor requested that Friday, 16 March 2018, be declared as a special non-working day in the Municipality of La Trinidad, Benguet; and

WHEREAS , it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of La Trinidad, Benguet, be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA , Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 18 March 2018. as a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of La Trinidad, Province of Benguet.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
