DECLARING MONDAY, 08 SEPTEMBER 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF LOON, PROVINCE OF BOHOL

WHEREAS, on 08 September 2025, Monday, the Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol will celebrate the SiklaKasilak Festival or the Festival of Lights;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Loon be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 08 September 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Loon, Province of Bohol.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
