WAIVER OF FINGERPRINT

Fingerprinting shall be waived only by the Commissioner or her duly authorized representative Ms. Armida D. Sison.

Fingerprint waiver is granted only if:

1. The subject's fingerprints are on his ACR and/or ICR; and

2. There is a written certification from the Fingerprinting Section Chief that subject's fingerprints are on file.

Previous waivers not in compliance with the above requirements shall be void.
