DECLARING FRIDAY, JULY 16, 2004, AS SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF LIPA.

WHEREAS , on Friday, July 16, 2004, the City of Lipa will install its new Archbishop, His Eminence Archbishop Ramon C. Arguelles;

WHEREAS , it is fitting and proper that the people of the City of Lipa be given full opportunity to participate in this momentous event.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Friday, July 16, 2004, as special (non-working) day in the City of Lipa.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
