REVISED POLICY AND PROCEDURAL GUIDELINES ON THE PAYMENT OF EXTRA REMUNERATION FOR GENERAL INSURANCE TRANSACTIONS

RESOLVED, to APPROVE the revised Policy and Procedural Guidelines on the Payment of Extra Remuneration for General Insurance Transactions (Amendment of PPG No. 169 dated August 19, 2002), specifically, the payment of Extra Remuneration checks to Heads of Office.

This PPG shall take effect upon Board approval. All issuances inconsistent herewith are deemed modified, superseded and/or repealed accordingly.

A copy of the proposed PPG * is hereto attached and made an integral part of this Resolution.
