TO: The Governor Land Bank of the Philippines

The General Manager National Housing Authority

To accelerate the development of the Lake Paoay area in Ilocos Norte, the Land Bank of the Philippines is hereby directed to negotiate the purchase of the lots of Messrs. Macario Diaz and Camilo Cacayorin, containing 4.0 and 4.3 hectares, respectively, to be used for the relocation of the 144 families residing at Suba Proper, Paoay.

The General Manager of the National Housing Authority is hereby directed to determine the possibility of developing the above parcels of land as a Human Settlement Area for said 144 families.

Immediate compliance with these instructions is hereby enjoined.
