AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7871, AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE ADDITIONAL ROUTE MEASURE CAPACITY OF THE TWELVE (12) IDENTIFIED TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 7871, is hereby furthermore amended by including therein the additional Route Measure Capacity of the twelve (12) identified Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, to read as follows:

SEC. 2 Effectivity Clause. — This Ordinance shall taken effect upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on April 14, 2015.
