AMENDMENT OF SECTION X267 OF THE MANUAL OF REGULATIONS FOR BANKS

Adopted: 16 August 2011 Date Filed: 08 February 2012

Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 1104 dated 21 July 2011, Section X267 b(1) of the Manual of Regulations for Banks is hereby amended by removing the restriction on the itinerary of mobile Automated Teller Machines, to read as follows:

“(1) the mobile ATMs should be allowed to visit only centers of activity as mentioned in Item a {2) above.”.

This Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) calendar days following its publication either in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
