DECLARING MONDAY, 04 NOVEMBER 2024, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF QUEZON

WHEREAS, on 04 November 2024, the Province of Quezon will commemorate the death anniversary of its local hero, Apolinario Dela Cruz, also known as Hermano Puli;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Province of Quezon be given full opportunity to honor the heroism and patriotism of Hermano Puli through appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R, MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Monday, 04 November 2024, a special (non-working) day in the Province of Quezon.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
