[ PROCLAMATION NO. 93, October 11, 1948 ]

FIXING THE DATE OF EFFECTIVITY OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 327, ENTITLED “AN ACT CREATING THE CITY OF DUMAGUETE.”

By virtue of the power conferred upon me by section 90 of Republic Act No. 327, entitled “An Act Creating the City of Dumaguete”, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby fix the 24th day of November, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, as the date of effectivity of the said Act.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.

Done at the City of Manila, this 11th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and forty-eight, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the third.
