TO: The Executive Secretary All Department/Agency Heads

In view of the reassignment of Mr. Martiniano Ligon to the DPWTC regional directorship of Region I, Engineer Julian T. Regalado, DPWTC Regional Manager (PJFH Project), is hereby designated Presidential Regional Officer for Development (PROD) for Region V.

You are hereby further informed that the Secretary of Local Government and Community Development has designated Atty. Eufemio V. Ruiz as DLGCD Office-in-Charge for Region VIII. As such, Atty. Ruiz shall serve as Presidential Regional Officer for Development (PROD) for Region VIII, pursuant to the Letter of Instruction No. 36-A.
