DECLARING THURSDAY, 10 JULY 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE CITY OF SANTA ROSA, PROVINCE OF LAGUNA

WHEREAS, on 10 July 2025, Thursday, the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna will mark the celebration of its 21 st Cityhood Anniversary;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the City of Laguna be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 10 July 2025, a special (non-working) day in the City of Santa Rosa, Province of Laguna.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
