[ BFAD MEMO CIRCULAR NO. 2, March 20, 1990 ]
COMPLIANCE WITH ADMINISTRRE: BFAD SEMINAR ON LICENSING OF DRUG ESTABLISHMENT ATIVE ORDER NO. 56 S. 1989
SECTION 2.1.1.4, Chapter I and II of Administrative Order No. 56 series of 1989 provides that a Certificate of Attendance to a BFAD sponsored/accredited Seminar on Licensing of Drug Establishments and Drug Outlets is a requirement for a License to Operate (LTO). BFAD, however, is aware of the lack of BFAD accredited/sponsored seminars, and is now scheduling the required training quarterly.
Wherefore, starting January 1991, no renewal/revalidation of LTO shall be acted upon until compliance of the same requirements is certified.
This Memo Circular shall take effect immediately.
