DECLARING MONDAY, FEBRUARY 3, 2003, AS A SPECIAL DAY IN THE CITY OF CABANATUAN

WHEREAS , Monday, February 3, 2003, marks the 53rd Foundation Day anniversary of the City of Cabanatuan;

WHEREAS , it is fitting that the people of the City of Cabanatuan be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their city's history with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, ALBERTO G. ROMULO , Executive Secretary, by order of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO , do hereby declare Monday, February 3, 2003 as a special day in the City of Cabanatuan.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF , I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
