AN ORDINANCE FURTHERMORE AMENDING SECTION 2.a. NO. 20 OF ORDINANCE NO. 7755 (UNDER TRICYCLE TERMINALS), AS AMENDED, BY INCLUDING THEREIN THE ADDITIONAL LOADING AND UNLOADING AREAS OF HIPPODROMO TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION

Be it ordained by the City Council of Manila, in session assembled, THAT:

SECTION 1. Section 2.a. No. 20 (Tricycle Terminals) of Ordinance No. 7755, is hereby furthermore amended, by including therein the additional loading and unloading areas of Hippodromo Tricycle Operators and Drivers Association, (HITODA), to read as follows:

"HIPPODROMO TRICYCLE OPERATORS AND DRIVERS ASSOCIATION (HITODA)

Loading and Unloading Areas

Hippodromo Street corner Ramon Magsaysay - Altura Market

Anonas Street (Masscom Building – PUP)

Anonas Street (Engineering Building – PUP)

Anonas Street (CONDO TEL-PUP)

Pureza Street corner Araullo Street near 7-11 Store, Arellano Street and Abad Santos Street

Valencia Street comer Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard (Graduate School – PUP)

Pureza Street (College of Technology – PUP)

Mithi Street corner Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard (near the MRT Station)

Valencia Street corner SAVE MORE and UNITOP, Nagtahan

Ramon Magsaysay Boulevard near Puregold Altura Extension"

SEC. 2. Effectivity Clause. – This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its approval.

This Ordinance was finally enacted by the City Council of Manila on November 24, 2015.
