By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines do hereby further amend Executive Order No. 318, dated May 25,1950, creating the Integrity Board, as amended by Executive Order No. 344, dated September 7, 1950, so as to have said body composed of the following:
