AUTOMATIC RELIEF OF CERTAIN CUSTOMS PERSONNEL

<div align="justify"> In view of the issuance of NAIA Customs Memorandum Order No. 08-97 requiring the submission of post-release reports and discrepancy or no discrepancy reports every other day, any illegal release from a Customs Bonded Warehouse (CBW) at NAIA that is not discovered and reported to the Commissioner of Customs and the NAIA District Collector within seventy-two (72) hours therefrom shall mean the automatic relief of the entire CBW Customs personnel assigned thereat, whether or not they have a hand in the illegal release.
