SUBMISSION OF ORIGINALS OR CERTIFIED TRUE COPIES OF VEHICLE CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION (CR) AND OFFICIAL RECEIPT (OR)

Memorandum Circular No. 89-015 is hereby amended to include the following paragraph:

In case of application for kabit legalization, either of the following may be submitted:

1. Original CR, OR;

2. LTO duly certified copies of CR, OR;

3. LTO certification as to the correctness of the contents of the duplicate copies of the CR, OR.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
