DECLARING FRIDAY, 03 DECEMBER 2021, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF M'LANG, PROVINCE OF COTABATO

WHEREAS, on 03 December 2021, Friday, the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato, will mark the celebration of the Kawayanan Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of M'lang be given full opportunity to participate and celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies, subject to community quarantine, social distancing, and other public health measures;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 03 December 2021, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of M'lang, Province of Cotabato.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
