DECLARING THURSDAY, 06 MARCH 2025, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF GUTALAC, PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, on 06 March 2025, Thursday, the Municipality of Gutalac, Province of Zamboanga del Norte will mark the celebration of its 46 th Araw ng Gutalac;

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Gutalac be given full opportunity to participate in the occasion and enjoy the celebration;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCAS P. BERSAMIN, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, FERDINAND R. MARCOS, JR., do hereby declare Thursday, 06 March 2025, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Gutalac, Province of Zamboanga del Norte.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the President to be affixed.
