DECLARING TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2005, AS A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, Tuesday, November 22, 2005, marks the Foundation Day anniversary of the Province of Sultan Kudarat;

WHEREAS, it is fitting that the people of the Province of Sultan Kudarat be given full opportunity to celebrate this milestone in their province’s history with appropriate ceremonies.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, EDUARDO R. ERMITA, Executive Secretary, by authority of Her Excellency, GLORIA MACAPAGAL-ARROYO, do hereby declare Tuesday, November 22, 2005, as special (non-working) day in the Province of Sultan Kudarat..
