LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF CORDIAL BUILDERS AND DEVELOPERS

For the information and guidance of all concerned, the six (6) month suspension/blacklisting of Cordial Builders and Developers under Department Order No. 27, dated January 23, 1991 having expired on July 3, 1991, Cordial Builders and Developers and/or its proprietor is hereby allowed to participate again in the biddings and enter into contracts in the DPWH and its line agencies effective immediately.
