DECLARING FRIDAY, 30 AUGUST 2019, A SPECIAL (NON-WORKING) DAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ISULAN, PROVINCE OF SULTAN KUDARAT

WHEREAS, on 30 August 2019, Friday the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat, will mark the celebration of its 62 nd Founding Anniversary and the 8th Hamungaya Festival; and

WHEREAS, it is but fitting and proper that the people of the Municipality of Isulan be given full opportunity to celebrate and participate in the occasions with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, SALVADOR C. MEDIALDEA, Executive Secretary, by authority of the President, RODRIGO ROA DUTERTE, do hereby declare Friday, 30 August 2019, a special (non-working) day in the Municipality of Isulan, Province of Sultan Kudarat.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
