CLASSIFICATION OF VANS AND STATION WAGONS UNDER PUBLIC UTILITY JEEPNEY (PUJ) “BODY MAKE”

In accordance with the Memorandum dated 25 March 1998 of DOTC Undersecretary Primitivo C. Cal, and for the information and guidance of all concerned, vans or station wagons may be considered for franchise application under Public Utility Jeepney (PUJ) category, provided that the minimum seating capacity of twelve (12) passengers, excluding driver is observed.

This Memorandum Circular takes effect immediately.
