[ EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 351, November 16, 1971 ]

AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 17 DATED MARCH 24, 1966, WHICH CREATED THE DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

Executive Order No. 17 dated March 24, 1966, is hereby amended by including the following as additional members of the Development Council created thereunder:

The President of the Senate

The Speaker, House of Representatives

The President Pro Tempore of the Senate

The Speaker Pro Tempore of the House of Representatives

The Majority Floor Leaders of both Houses of Congress

The Minority Floor Leaders of both Houses of Congress

The Chairman and the ranking minority members of the Committee of both Houses of Congress whose functions are relevant to the subject matter to be discussed in the Council

Such other government officials as the President may designate.
